In order to always achieve consistent quality at a high level, Walter Potthoff GmbH uses a TQ management system in the areas of
development,
tool making and
manufacturing. In addition, the process cycle for a project is always viewed in its entirety and consistently mirrored in risk management. As a result of this, continuous traceability is possible at the same time.
Of course, the delivery of our own quality standards is confirmed by
certificates awarded to us from TÜV Nord. In the area of quality management for the design and manufacture of medical devices in accordance with
DIN EN ISO 13485, the implementation of quality management in accordance with
DIN EN ISO 9001, in environmental management in accordance with
DIN EN ISO 14001 and in energy management in accordance with
DIN EN ISO 50001. Necessary certifications beyond that are categorically implemented as required.
