As a result of the partnership with Walter Potthoff, the combined Group will offer a range of injection moulding components, in addition to tubing and hoses, to the healthcare, industrial and appliances markets across the world. It will have eight manufacturing facilities across the world with clean room manufacturing capacity for healthcare customers across North America, Europe and Asia.

Mr Norman Sack, the current Shareholder and Managing Director of Walter Potthoff remains in place and has also re-invested in the Plastiflex Group where he will also assume additional responsibilities.
